CREMATORY

The incinerator "Hornican" is a static kiln exclusive for the incineration of animal corpses.

In MEDY SL - Talleres Guillén we offer three kind of incinerator smaller or bigger depending of the body to burn.
With the certification CE and passing the rules about burn animals.

All our models have the same characteristics, they have an incineration chamber, refractory-lined, cover, reactor thermal post-combustion, burners, gas evacuation fireplace, and a electrical automatic control.

Hornican crematory has got a touch screen in order to work easier with it, you can control all the firing process.

COMMON CHARACTERISTICS

Incineration chamber: lined with refractory material, which is deposited the body to burn.
Lid: covers the furnace and is provided with flanges together and manual closure to ensure a seal.
Thermal postcombustion reactor: camera attached to the furnace, whose function is to maintain the gases produced, for at least 2 seconds at a temperature above 850 ° C.
Burners: afterburner incineration and to raise and maintain the temperature inside the oven.
Fireplace: gas discharge.
